
Warranty
To determine if the strap is fit for purpose you must request a returns form, fill out the details and return to us with the strap that you would like replacing. We will examine the strap and decide if it has not met our usual high standards.
We do not replace straps that have not had 'normal use' so if it has been exposed to moisture or has been damaged by the wearer then this would not be covered. You will need to send back the completed warranty card and proof of purchase with the date visible.
We hope your customers can wear our straps with confidence and as always will be supporting our retailers as much as we can.
