LBS has been a leading supplier of watch straps, watch batteries and horological products for over 30 years. We are a second-generation, award-winning family business, trusted by thousands of retailers across the UK and customers in more than 40 countries worldwide.
Our story began in a small workshop in London’s famous Hatton Garden. Today, we operate from our distribution centre in Hertfordshire, employ a brilliant team of 25 people and offer one of the largest collections of watch straps in the world.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come and especially proud that the hard work of our team has recently been recognised with multiple business awards. However, we still run LBS with the same values we started with: great products, fair prices, friendly people and genuinely dependable service.

We don’t sell directly to consumers. That is a deliberate choice.
Our job is to support the watchmakers, jewellers, retailers, repairers, watch brands and online businesses that serve them. We want our customers to grow without having to compete against their own supplier.
