Orders flow automatically to our fulfilment team, ready for us to pick, pack and dispatch. Once shipped, the tracking information is automatically updated in your Shopify store—giving you and your customers complete visibility.
Orders received by around 3pm can usually be dispatched the same day. This enables UK customers to receive their orders as early as the next working day, which is increasingly important for providing the fast and reliable service online shoppers expect.
We can fulfil your own products too
Our service is not limited to LBS products. We can store your own stock at our distribution centre and dispatch it alongside our watch straps, allowing your customer to receive everything in one parcel.
We can also handle returns, inspect returned products and process them according to your agreed returns procedure.
